In January of 2005, M.C. Untytled and a bus full of radical minded agricultural students embarked on a two month journey down the windy roads of Costa Rica and Nicaragua. "M.C. Untytled In Central America" is the ambitious distillation of this experience, incorporating sounds and textures captured with a minidisc recorder by the artist during his travels through the cafetales and cities of Central America. M.C. Untytled attempts to acknowledge the flawed relationship between the United States government and its brother countries in Central America, and draws lines of similarity and solidarity between these two neighboring worlds despite the increasing push within popular culture for division and misinformation. This album features M.C. Untytled in his most passionate and experimental form, as well as some choice performances by Dan "the NARC" Fajans.
